Extremely satisfied, little room for improvementsubmitted by Austin M. - |Recommended: YesThe Meridian at Pentagon city has been the best apartment I have ever lived in. When we moved in the apartment was spotless with minor issues which were resolved by the maintenance crew within 24 hours. I was blown away at how quick and without question their service is. Our balcony had a little bit of guck that had settled because of rain water clearly the last resident didn't go outside and they sent a contractor out to re-level the balcony. This isn't an issue with non top floor apartments though. I can only hear my neighbors through the doors of the hallway, but never when we are inside our room. Lastly, the views are phenomenal. I highly recommend living here.

ALL of the elevators broke down. ALL.submitted by Tenant O. - |Recommended: NoPicture it Labor Day, it felt as though it was 105 degrees outside and all we wanted to do was get upstairs and relax. Imagine what went through everyone's minds when we discovered that ALL THREE ELEVATORS had shut down due to overheating. The elevators were probably as hot as every tenant who had to schlep to their apartments in insanely hot stairwells it is a damn good thing I had not parked in the garage and lived on the 17th floor. Meridian cannot call themselves a luxury building when our elevators are constantly needing service AND when our entire building has been unsecured for WEEKS with a broken door that anyone can just walk up to and open it if it isn't stuck in the open position .

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused when the elevators went down on Labor Day. It is never our intention to have issues occur especially on a holiday weekend, but unfortunately on one of the warmest days of the year, our elevator panel overheated and shut down. We immediately contacted our repair company and had them sent out for the emergency call. The elevators were back up and running later that day. We have our elevators serviced regularly and aside from this weekend are not aware of any recent issues with the elevators. We agree that the repair to the broken door took entirely too long, primarily because there was a part that needed to be fabricated. During that time, our front desk team was monitoring the door frequently and ensuring that it was closed properly when left open. We are constantly working to improve our service and our community and truly appreciate your feedback. Decent place to live.submitted by Daniel T. - |Recommended: YesNice apartment layout, good size gym, and awesome lounge areas. Friendly neighbors, helpful front desk personnel. Would've been nice if some of the utilities were included given the price.
The property is very nice and the personal are very friendly. The only problem I have the inconsideration with people and their pets.submitted by Ida M. - |Recommended: YesSo the only complain I have is that I have is that maintenance came in to fixed mirror in the bathroom and what ever glue they used it is still on the bathroom tile and has not been removed. I started to scrub it off and could not.
